I’m Cheryl, a trained nursery nurse, child development specialist, baby and children’s sleep consultant and Baby Reflux Lady. I’m the founder of SootheBaby and an all round  baby expert!

 

Eat, sleep, play repeat - it sounds easy enough, but raising babies is exhausting work! I know that as a new parent, you’ll never face a steeper learning curve. And while you want to enjoy every minute, it can be overwhelming at times. Now with the internet, there’s endless opinions and experts offering miracle sleep cures, but it can be hard to know who to trust when it comes to raising your baby.

 

I started SootheBaby as a way to share my years of experience in a practical way. I want to make sure that mummies and daddies have the support they need to make those special early days count. SootheBaby started out with in-person classes and sleep consultations here in my home area of the East Midlands,  however I’m delighted to be sharing my knowledge much further afield with digital downloads, virtual consultations, and even Zoom classes.

Anyone who knows me knows my work is my passion and I am available to my families around the clock - when I’m not supporting and empowering  parents you can find me walking my two dogs, watching my son, Ben, compete in Athletics competitions, , planning holidays and adventures with Mr SootheBaby and dreaming of swimming in wide open seas!
